Carrot Cabbage Ginger Juice


  • 6 Medium Carrots
  • 1/2 Green Cabbage
  • 2-3 inch section of fresh Ginger

For this recipe you must have a juicer. We have the Jack Lalanne Juicer and it works great. We reserve the pulp for other recipes like veggie burgers, loaves and salads.

Slice the carrots and cabbage and peel the ginger. Slowly load sections into your juicer and push down gently and steadily until juice runs into a cup. This amount will make about 4-6 cups depending on the vegetables. Reserve in a glass jar and refrigerate.

A great addition is a little bit of apple (green or red)! Enjoy and cheers to your health!
