Ingredients:
- 1 baby bok choy head
- 1-2 leaves of kale
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp unsweetened raisins
- 1/4 c raw walnuts
- Black pepper
- Sumac
- Apple cider vinegar
Preparation:
Finely chop kale, coarsely chop bok choy and mix with chopped tomato and sweet pepper. Separately chop raisins and walnuts. Season with a dash of vinegar, pepper and sumac. Refreshing and so healthy!
