Beans, Green Peas and Soy


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pre-soaked and cooked: soy beans, black/red kidney beans, adzuki
  • 1 can unsalted/unsweetened green peas
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Cayenne
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin

Preparation:
Mix together in a bowl and season to taste. Serve with a chopped salad such as our Kale and Bok choy Chopped Salad. Pasta dish pictured here is optional. See pasta recipe
