4K Brown Rice


  • 2 cups Brown Rice
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 3 cups Water


Rinse and trim ends off carrots. Chop into small cubes/wedges about 1 cm on each edge or less. Place rice and water in a pan and bring to a boil on high heat. Add carrots and cover. Lower heat and simmer for 50 minutes.

Rice will take on a sweet taste from the carrots and the combination is delicious at any time of day. Perfect with a salad for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
