Vegan Strawberry Icecream (No Ice Cream Maker Required)


  • 1/2 Ripe FROZEN Banana per person
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries per person
  • Soy, Almond or other Milk Alternative (amt TBD by Food processor and servings prepared)
  • 1/2 Stevia per person or other sweetener* (optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Place all frozen ingredients, plus stevia and vanilla if using, in your food processor with the sharp blending blade. Cover and pulse until cut into chunks. Slowly add a drizzle of your milk alternative while pulsing the machine. You should only need a few tablespoons per serving in order to get a good frozen texture. The more “milk” you add, the more soft serve it will become.

Serve plain or with coconut shreds, nuts or vegan chocolate chips for a delicious and healthy vegan dessert!

*We use Stevia as a sweetener in order to reduce the Glycemic Index and sugar content. Feel free to use your favorite sweetener IF you feel that the natural fruit is not sweet enough. Some alternatives are Maple Syrup, Agave Nectar, Brown Rice Syrup and Honey.
