Ginger Sun Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana per person
  • 3/4 cup Coconut water or Milk Alternative
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 Stevia
  • 1/2 Cube Fresh Ginger (or less if you don’t like it too spicy)
  • 4-6 cubes of Ice
  • * Optional Chlorellacapsules included in pictured smoothie

Preparation:

Combine in blender. Process until smooth.

Without the Chlorella, which is an algae extract that helps with weight and blood balance; this smoothie has a purplish/gray color which is really different and interesting!

This recipe is vegan/vegetarian, dairy free, and egg free.
