- 1 Frozen Banana per person
- 3/4 cup Coconut water or Milk Alternative
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Flax seeds
- 1 Stevia
- 1/2 Cube Fresh Ginger (or less if you don’t like it too spicy)
- 4-6 cubes of Ice
- * Optional Chlorellacapsules included in pictured smoothie
Combine in blender. Process until smooth.
Without the Chlorella, which is an algae extract that helps with weight and blood balance; this smoothie has a purplish/gray color which is really different and interesting!
