2 Vegan Soy Breakfast Pudding


Ingredients:

  • 1 Tofu (package and water)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 Stevia Packets
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice (fresh squeezed preferred)
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
  • Few drops Vanilla extract

    Ingredients:
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and process untill smooth.

    Tips:
    The possibilities are endless. You can add sliced banana and cinnamon or freshly cut strawberries (as pictured above). Or try adding different flavor extracts, carob powder, or muesli for a crunchy treat! Plus this recipe is vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and egg free. Enjoy in good health!
