Light Green Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana per person (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 2-3 leaves of kale
  • 1 fresh dried date (pit removed)
  • 3-6 ice cubes
  • Mint extract
  • Coconut oil/extract
  • 1/2 Stevia(powdered)

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and turn on! Serve with a straw and enjoy! We add in some supplements as well. Vitamin C (Immune support), Chlorella (Blood balance), and occasionally Pea protein powder (a good vegan substitute for Whey Protein). Best way to start your day!
