Zucchini Sourdough Bread

Follow the recipe for Sourdough Bread adding in 2 medium sized zucchinis which have been shredded using a grater or the grater attachment in your food processor.

Store in a cool dry place. We usually wrap our homemade breads in a dry cloth or place in a reusable plastic zip lock back. Once toasted, sourdoughs revert to their original moist texture.
