Follow the recipe for Sourdough Bread, however on Day 3 you should separate the dough into fist size balls and roll it out into the shape you want your pizza in.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place rolled out dough on a baking tray and pre-bake for approximately 7-10 minutes depending on the thickness. The crust should be somewhat baked (stiffer than when raw but still a touch moist). Now you can add your toppings. In this image we used homemade marinara sauce and soy cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and your crust is cooked in the center.
