- 1 cup Quinoa (raw)
- 1/2 cup Amaranth (raw)
- 1/2 cup Cornmeal (raw)
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chopped Prunes and Raisins
- 4 packets Stevia
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until thickened. Pour into a silicone bread loaf tray or ramekin sprinkle with cinnamon and let cool for an hour. Slice and serve.
