Fenugreek dip


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 Tomato
  • Small bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Lemon
  • Black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

 

Preparation:
Soak seeds in water for 6 to 12 hours. Put all ingredients in the food processor and run for about 2-3 minutes.

Tips:
Fenugreek is known for its male libido boosting properties and its ability to help increase the production of breast milk in nursing moms.
